Orbit Atlas is an educational guide to satellite orbit families. Its paths, positions, and day/night view are illustrative rather than live satellite tracking.

Using the app

In Explore, choose an orbit family, then drag the globe to rotate it. Switch to Ground track to see an illustrative path across a flat map.
Move the time slider and select a season to explore the day/night boundary.
Use Learn for explanations and Quiz to check your understanding.

Most learning content is available without an internet connection. External reference links require a connection and open in your browser.
