Agile OKRs
A Scrum Alliance® micro-credential course.

OKRs are a goal-setting approach and system commonly used in agile ways of work to help teams align around common objectives and track progress toward achieving them. This is a four-hour intensive course.
Combining an agile way of work with a goal-oriented OKR framework can offer a flexible, collaborative, and iterative approach to development while focusing on setting clear objectives and measurable key results to achieve those objectives. Blending the two approaches can help organizations and teams align their efforts with strategic goals, adapt quickly to increasingly unpredictable and complex environments, and track progress effectively.
